This is my 6666 Kiriban for 
*looks at Page Views* Gah I'm way past 7k already before I got the 6k Kiriban out. Lol. >__<
This looked awful crappy and dark when I drew it with me Cheapo Colored pencils...
But I did some technical tweaking in meh Photoshop...
Hmmm...Background is added there as well.
Bushes used from a lot of sources...

Basically its Neji in ANBU suit...ahou style.
Cuz for some odd reason I just can't draw Neji Kishimoto way....

Nice work on the drawing and shading... i just think you need a more simple background... it kinda detracts from the beautiful drawing of Neji.... I also think a paler background would've worked better... maybe a light blue or something i dont know.... it just makes my eyes swirley... @_@ Other than that Neji = HOT HOT HOT!!!
